All other photos, graphics, videos and visual media that is found on the site exempts the disposition of section 18 U.S.C., 2257 C.F.R. 75 stipulating that all visual media that does not constitute an inappropriate act as specified in section 18 U.S.C., 2256 (2) (A) until (D), but are simply descriptions of nudity and not sexually explicit, or are re-enactments of sexual activity, or are otherwise exempt because the visual descriptions were created before 6/3/95.
